Why did you develop this Program?
Kelli answers: After having two children within 14 months time, the realities I had been hearing from clients about how your body changes had come full circle for me. I had a much greater appreciation for the special needs of women and was dedicated and motivated to create a program specifically for them.
Women are misled and deceived by the media about exercise and diet. They fail to get the lasting results they desire for many reasons, most of which are not their fault. We created this Program to give women the facts and tools needed to build a healthy, feminine, firm and fit physique.
Who is it for?
This Program was designed by women specifically for women. Women of all ages can benefit from the principles outlined in this Program. Females who are looking to begin and stick to a fitness program as well regular exercisers who want to work on some trouble spots can benefit from following the Program. Having a proven plan helps anyone make progress instead of leaving things to chance or flawed techniques. Results are guaranteed for anyone who applies the tools and philosophies of Feminine, Firm & Fit.
How is this Program different from others?
Feminine, Firm & Fit combines all of the components of fitness (strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility) along with wholesome and nutritious eating options. There are no pills to take, no quick fixes and no special products to buy. Most programs tout one aspect of fitness, whether it’s a supplement or exercise technique that offers a “magic answer.” Not so here. To see results, participants will have to work and apply all components of the Program. What results can I expect?
